daat.red is a business-to-business REST API and operator console providing pre-authorization payment-data and identity-verification checks, operated by Red Code Company, s.r.o. The service is provided to business customers only and is not directed to consumers.

The daat.red service is provided exclusively to businesses. Red Code Company does not enter into consumer contracts through this service.
For completeness: the European Commission's online dispute resolution (ODR) platform for consumer disputes was historically available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr; it is a consumer-facing mechanism and does not apply to the business-to-business daat.red service. The Czech consumer arbitration body (Česká obchodní inspekce, www.coi.cz) likewise applies only to consumer disputes and is not applicable here.
